I performed spectral DNS simulations of plane Couette flow in a FORTRAN code computed on the University of Leeds ARC4 high performance computers. Work will be used to be used to understand the so-called edge of chaos - the precise state between laminar and turbulent flow.

It's been a week since I gave up caffeine. Here's what I'm feeling: - Constant energy level throughout the day rather than ups and downs dictated by my caffeine intake - Feeling less lethargic, more energetic (ironic I know!!) - No morning grogginess - No more caffeine cravings

Two days ago I quit caffeine. That means no cha/chai, no tea, no coffee, no coke. Yesterday, the first day, was hard - concentrating on even the most mundane things was tricky. A nagging headache lingered all day begging me for some caffeine!

Saw an advert for antchain on the Italy Spain match. Had no idea who they were or what they did. Thought it was something to do with block chain. Had a look at their website. Still have no idea what they do.
