… Long ago the @HamiltonCntyOH commissioners’ meetings were held in this room. Now, it is part of the office of the Municipal Court administrator. This courthouse is such an amazing place. It is an honor to serve here.

… & features unique relief sculptures of the founding & settling of Cincinnati. It was renamed to honor the legacy of Judge Julia Stautberg, an immensely respected judge, prosecutor, & pillar of this community following her tragic death from cancer in 2010 at only 43 years old.

The Julia A. Stautberg Room at the Hamilton County Courthouse was previously known as the Rookwood Room for reasons that quickly become obvious — the entire room is covered floor to ceiling in original Rookwood tiles (can you spot the one that’s upside down??)…
