GBL Season 24: Tales of Transformation is just over a week away, so it’s time we dive in to some analysis on the coming move rebalance! Today, in Part 1, we highlight known moves with new distribution, and there are some GREAT new options. Come and see!.

While Moonblast remains a very viable move for Altaria, Flamethrower will provide a nice new coverage option, trading away Darks like Galarian Moltres and (Snarl) Mandibuzz, but beating things like Forretress, Corviknight, Lapras, and Empoleon instead feels great! 🔥 #PvPfacts

Just remember, folks: the new levels are just a cosmetic. Don’t stress about jumping through the hoops they put in front of you unless YOU want to. Play the game how you want, when you feel up to it, on your own time. It’s a game, right? Supposed to be fun, not a chore. 👌.

Let’s look on the bright side. Charizard and Venusaur are both much improved next season with Air Cutter and improved Dragon Breath for Zard and new Sludge for Venu. So it’s nice to be able to get Blast Burn and Frenzy Plant again. Silver lining!

As I work thru the long rebalance analysis, let’s start with some #PvPfacts!. Venusaur with Sludge makes big gains in GL, including Feraligatr, Golisopod (even with Fury Cutter), Charjabug, Shadow Sableye, Shadow Annihilape, Shadow Gyarados (yes, that’s legit now!) and many more!
