Dadating din pala ako sa point na maaalala ko na lang na positive ako sa HIV every time na nainom ako ng ARV. Mag 6 years na din pala akong nalaban. Salamat sa mga taong kumausap, nagbigay ng payo, nakinig sa mga rants, tumulong at nakisimpatya sa akin nung nadiagnosed ako. ❤️

Sana tama ang decision ko to submit resignation letter today. Wala pa akong lilipatan pero sobrang toxic ng boss. Overloaded na trabaho pero kupal na boss ang triggering factor ko. For my peace of mind and health na din considering na PLHIV ako at bawal ang sobrang stress. 😢😢😢

With baseline cd4 of 41; May 20 2017, I was told that I only have 1 year to live. I went to this church crying and solemnly talking to HIM, repenting all my sins. 3 yrs had passed, I'm still alive. Thanking HIM for this second life HE had given me to rectify my life.

Thank you Lord. Successful interview sa AVP ng 2nd company na inapplyan ko. Sana ibigay yung asking kong salary. Nung una, awang awa ako sa sarili ko kasi bka nde n ako bankable dahil sa hiv pos ako at magiging limitado na lahat but I was wrong. God moves in mysterious ways.

Nakakalungkot minsan no. Yung mga staff at medical personnel na nag aasikaso sau sa hub at palagi mo nakikita magmula ng na diagnosed ka e nag sisi alisan na at napapalitan ng bago habang ako, forever ng kukuha ng gamot. Sana dumating yung araw na ggraduate ka ng refill sa hub.

2 yrs and 1 month after being diagnosed. Ngayon lang ulit ako nakipaghalubilo sa mga kamag anak. Ang sarap sa pakiramdam yung muli mong pagtawa na parang wala akong sakit. Ang sarap mabuhay. Sana bigyan pa ako ng Diyos ng mahabang buhay para makadalo sa mga okasyong tulad nito.

To all PLHIV bros specially those who are newly diagnosed. Help your body and spirit to recover. It will not be an overnight healing. One step at a time. Road will be rough but I assure you that fear & burden will gradually disappear. Just don't lose hope for you are not alone.

I work in IT industry. Di ko alam kung worth it pa ba tong trabaho ko. Naka wfh setup, forever night shift, intellicare na HMO na covered ang sakit nten, daming rooms for growth, 5M accidental and death insurance, 6 digits salary pero putangina, 72 hours ka gising. Quit or Stay?

Prejudice am I to PLHIV & Depressed People. I consider them as weaklings. My life shifted 180 degrees when I became one of them. They are not weak. Do not pity them for they are not sinners. In fact WE are the strongest for we keep on fighting despite negativities.

My parents were worried about me, being alone in the future. Mom told me if I am able to establish a family despite my condition. I told her, I just can't take the risk. Now, im praying that I'll leave this realm before them, for they are the only reason why I'm still fighting.

My younger brother just told me that he got the job in Japan as an engineer and will soon fly there. Masaya ako na naiinggit. Masaya dahil sa wakas, nakikita kong natutupad na ang kanyang mga pangarap. Naiinggit dahil pangarap ko ding mag work sa JP dahil sa Anime at Hachiko.
