Thank you to everyone that wished me a happy birthday this week. Did not go out of my way to find the Japanese version, strawberry shortcake, as I was busy sightseeing and attending events. So got a birthday cheesecake today. Does the age of 69 always feel this good?

A @Carda_station at @T4ISummit in Tokyo Moment LOST CANE, MISSED BUS & $200 CAB RIDE Pushing luggage & left cane at hotel. Had to walk back to get it. Missed airport bus I had paid for as he drove off while I was standing there. Had to order cab to Narita. 30k yen. COSTLY DAY!

A @Carda_station at @T4ISummit in Tokyo. JAPAN AND WALKING DAMAGE I really overdid it yesterday getting in 26k steps! A minor inconvenience as I really like walking here. Good that there are pharmacies in walking distance. Toes bandaged and taped. Toe caps put on.
