Here's the catch: You have to engage and light up all three brains with the story. Reptilian brain (designed for drama, high stakes).Emotional brain (why you cry at the movies).Rational brain (what processes data). Want me to help you command a room using this framework?.

Over the past 20 years, I have been on national TV, done a TedTalk and moderated hundreds of business conversations. What most people don’t know?. I use the same public speaking strategy every time. 🧵👇.

I teach you how to make it unforgettable—on stage, online, and in the boardroom. I'm currently enrolling women leaders ages 53-59 who are clear about the message she wants to share on a big stage. The 2026 Class of my Mastermind.

On camera. On social. Start with:.✔️ Who it’s for.✔️ What it’s about.✔️ Why it matters. Before you introduce yourself. Before you explain anything. Before you lose them. If you’re a woman ready to turn your lived story into a TEDx-level idea, follow me.

No one wants to decode your talk or caption. They want to feel seen. So:.• “Own the room” > “Assert executive presence”.• “Say it with your spine” > “Adopt a posture of authority”. Speak human. Rule #5: Front-load the punch. You have 5 seconds to hook them. On stage.

Sharper: “How to lead with confidence after being told you're too much your entire career.”. That’s what hits. Rule #3: Flip the script. Take a truth we’ve all accepted—and turn it on its head. My favorite examples from client talks:. • “Failure isn’t a verdict.

“Want to be remembered? Say less.”. Audiences love when you hand them power, in small, doable steps. Rule #2: Broad idea, razor-sharp pain point. You’re not just giving a TEDx Talk. You’re answering a universal ache—clearly. General idea: “How to lead with confidence.”.

Here are 5 rules I live by when helping clients craft talks (and posts) that spark movements:. Rule #1: Big promise, low lift. The best talks promise transformation—without requiring a personality transplant. Think:.“Stop saying sorry at work—and still be seen as kind.”.

I’ve coached hundreds of women to write TEDx talks that go viral—on stage and online. When clients work with me, they don’t just land applause. They land book deals, new clients, and clarity around their message.

I write a lot. (And no, I don’t use AI to do it.). And nearly every day, someone has something to say about it. They ask:. • how do I find the time.• how do I know what to write about.• when do I write?.

How amateurs travel in Europe. -Arrive on a morning flight. No early check in. -Wait for a 3pm check-in. -Fret about what to do in between. How the pros do it. -Pack a day bag. -Find lockers to stow suitcases. -Pick a bag light enough to navigate and keep secure.
