Since the 20th anniversary of #Lost in September, I've had a good time looking back at the show and its cultural moment. I forgot about the tie-in novel "Bad Twin," which ended up offering clues to the finale fans hoped for, but not HOW they hoped for it.

Despite the behavior of some #Snyderverse folks, the #DCEU does get a bad rap in the discourse the DCU doesn't. For example, one of the most-criticized approaches after #ManOfSteel is exactly what James Gunn is doing with #Superman (which is a gamble).

As a fan of both #ManOfSteel and James Gunn's new #Superman movie, I realized not only are these films NOT in competition, we actually never get the latter movie without the #Snyderverse trilogy. Supes is 90! There's not just one way to do it. #DCU.

It's #Superman weekend! James Gunn's new #DCU movie has fans of all iterations of the #ManOfSteel celebrating Jerry Siegel & Joe Shuster's first-ever superhero. I looked back at Roger Ebert's review of #SupermanTheMovie, and noticed interesting parallels.

Keeping it Prime Video crime thriller related, I got the chance to talk to the wonderful #JessicaCamacho from the #Countdown series. Also, because of the #JensenAckles connection, are the Countdown kids extended members of the #SPNFamily? .

As a fan of the #Reacher books and series, I wrote about how the #Neagley spinoff has an advantage over its predecessor, because Frances Neagley isn't as rigidly defined as #LeeChild's central character. (Other advantage: Maria Sten.) .

Had a little fun with this list of #MCU characters I think could make a deal with #Mephisto in future shows or films. At the very least, I think these characters making a deal with the #Marvel devil would be interesting stories.

Since I covered politics before entertainment, this reporter was on the first Trump rally blacklist back in 2015/6 because I (checks notes) fact-checked his statements on the campaign trail. Honestly? "Frivolous" is the kindest descriptor. My thanks for reading/sharing though.

COMICS ARE GOOD.

I am always so disappointed in @RealDeanCain when he misunderstands #Superman and what the character stood for since created by Siegel & Schuster as a literal social justice warrior. But it's as good excuse as any to share this ironic Lois & Clark clip.

I'm not that fond of quantifying criticism with a number, so while this validation is deserved and great, To me? The TRUE value of her work is in the substance of the words she writes and not the number value. I send my congrats to RT for getting someone like Kate in their ranks.

What made #Lost so special was that it was a show where anything could happen. Yet, before it premiered, the producers established a list of rules for the series, and then broke every single one of them. I run it all down in this list.

While fans who discover #Lost on streaming and get to binge the series may end up enjoying it more, they are missing out on what it was like to watch the series live, specifically "fan theories." I put together a list of some that still make sense.

Went to YouTube to look at the clip of the Superman and kaiju fight. When searching for it, the titles of videos I saw? YouTube is an unhinged trash fire. Please, I implore all of you, support real criticism, i.e. reviewers who apply "critical thinking," and it's mostly in print.
