Seasoned travellers. I did the mistake of using Expedia and had nothing but negative interactions with them. They tried charging a fee for cancelling 25 days in advance and the hotel called them out on it and they waived the fee. Have credits that won’t be used either.

Going back to using hopper over Expedia. Expedia customer sucked, the weekend I lost my best friend their agent was insensitive to my situation and tried using my credits today only to jump through hoops and just going to leave the credits because why make it hard to use.
