Alex Scott was exceptional again today, making 84 touches & covering every blade of grass.👏 Controlled the game’s tempo, against Granit Xhaka, & has developed into a tremendous dictator in #AFCB’s midfield. Had some lovely pieces of skill too. Key.🔑

Not the worst point today for #AFCB. Sunderland, a good side. 🤝 However, in the race for 7th, Iraola’s side need to find a way to win. West Ham & Sunderland, that’s four points dropped. Need a tad more intensity & desire. Tuesday is a vital game, under the lights.🏟️

A top, top, top win on the road.🍒 It was a game of moments, & #AFCB took two of theirs. Rayan, three contributions in three now, was superb. Adli grabs another goal, Christie energetic as always in the middle, & Hill - outstanding. Four assists in 10 PL starts from CB.😮‍💨

Finally, Rayan is officially an #AFCB player. Who isn’t excited?🍒 At 19, he quickly became one of the Brazil’s top finishers, & now he’s in the PL. It’s a big fee. However, he’s going to get fans out of their seats. Rayan & Kroupi - wow. Semenyo replacement.✅

Slot blaming scheduling & player availability for Liverpool’s defeat is poor. #AFCB have eight players out with injury, one senior winger available, & named three academy talents on the bench. Credit has to go to Iraola, & his side tonight. Showed real character.🍒

#AFCB need bodies, & they need bodies quick.✍️ Big shift tonight from the players, but they either came off with cramp or had nothing left at the end. Injuries have played a part. But those at the top of the club need to make it happen. Iraola needs attackers.🍒

0.27 assists, 1.33 chances created, & 1.06 successful dribbles per 90 in the Europa League this season.🪄 Alongside, averaging 5.04 duels won, 1.06 interceptions, & 3.72 recoveries.🧱 A versatile midfielder that can do it on both sides of the ball.👏

A perfect start to the weekend for #AFCB.✍️ Presumably, the first of many in January, & Alex Tóth is a versatile midfielder, who at 20 has plenty of potential. After Adams’ injury, signing a midfielder became crucial, & Tóth is exactly that. An exciting bit of business.🍒

So, Rayan to #AFCB.✍️ 19 & shares plenty of attributes with Semenyo, in his physicality & goalscoring ability. However, it seems Vasco da Gama are demanding around £35m & I can’t see the club paying that, unless it’s in instalments. Exciting with huge potential, but pricey.🍒

Truffert has been a standout for #AFCB this season, & a top signing. However, the ease that opposition players can breeze past him & get in behind, slightly worries me. There were numerous examples against Arsenal & Barnes’ ET goal another. Just needs to adapt in transition.🍒

The next nine days are ginormous for #AFCB, pre-Brighton.✍️ The squad is paper-thin, & with Unal injured today, players need to come in. Nine days is a decent period, & movement is needed. One or two in would be ideal, but an attacker is essential. That bench needs help.🍒

Missed dozens of chances, ran out of gas, somehow equalised in extra time, & lost on the shoutout. Feel for Bafo, tonight, but can’t fault the lads. Kroupi, Scott, & Jimenez, build around them - phenomenal young trio. There goes a cup run, but #AFCB can have a brief rest.🍒
