Here is the reason those Post Office guys will never innovate.
They say Internet killed Post Office, same Internet power’s e-commerce, buyer in Arua, seller in Kampala, they have to resort to Taxis/buses to carry the parcel, a niche Posta could have owned. It’s not the internet, what killed Posta is credentialed incompetence.
