Bitter frost last night, garden throughly white over and stiff. I won’t be entertainingly any weeding. Perhaps ironing instead.

This is the first Christmas in years I’ve not received one seed catalogue. 🌱

Another couple of hours weeding done, too achey to continue, & I’ve been lured inside with cheesecake. This fellow is now sat on me, still don’t know its name, but jolly nice all the same. We’ve been discussing moving some plants into the many gaps I now have in the garden. 🌻

Absolute scenes here, it’s Christmas bin day tomorrow. The street is in uproar with households attempting to decipher the cryptic calendar sent by the council, all manor of bins, shapes & sizes being put out. Further updates to follow. #binday #binnews

Bit sad to find so many labels of now dead plants, I refuse to replace, stuffs so expensive now. I’ll sow some annuals instead. Might be mowing the lawn soon… it’s growing.

My gardening planned day turned into an epic weeding session… the only time I can safely weed in front of the beehives with an earful of buzzy types. 4 hours later, fuelled by 3 coffees, forgot lunch, garden bin over flowing, I’m very satisfied although a bit sore now. #Smug
