🏃♂️ Finished the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon with a new Marathon PB of 4:33:16. But also finished my 7 Marathons in 70 days challenge to raise money to help build the new Rob Burrow MND Centre. Please donate if you can! Hope we did Rob proud today!

Every woman has the right to feel safe, and it’s essential we tackle any culture that normalises misogyny and opens the door to extremism. (4/4).

The events in Headingley this weekend have deeply alarmed our community, not only the planned attack but the disturbing rise in violent misogyny too. We continue to hold the two women attacked in our thoughts as they recover. (1/4).
