Palestinian identity is real today, there’s no denying that. But we also can’t ignore the fact that it only came into existence as a reaction to the Jewish people’s self-determination in the Land of Israel. In 1948, they weren’t fighting for their own self-determination and not.
"Palestine doesn't exist because there wasn't an independent state called Palestine" is such an unserious argument only used to manufacture consent for ethnic cleansing and genocide.
