Well. Jasmine Ratchet's political career is now over. She lost the primaries. And of course, the party who is always lecturing people on questioning election integrity...is now questioning election integrity. Or at least Jasmine Ratchet is.

But hey, at least it lasted longer than Concord. Although I doubt it would've if it didn't get the signal boost from the Game Awards. I doubt it would've lasted a week without that. Next up in the Concordia Trilogy: Marathon. I wonder how long that one will last.

about video games could tell you this would happen. The reason live service games fail so often is because they're extremely expensive to run.

Lmao. Highguard is already set to go offline. But wait a minute. I thought the few developers still left there said they didn't need a high player count to run a game! What happened? I thought they didn't need money to keep the game online! Of course anyone with any knowledge

I also have to wonder why we need a plan for what happens next. Why should we care if Iran is destabilized or not? I know the left believes we're the world's babysitter, but we're not.

law's requirements are: notification of Congress within 48 hours and withdrawal of forces within 60 days. He notified Congress within 48 hours and it hasn't even been close to 60 days. So even under that law, this wasn't an illegal action.

strikes in Iran. Well, there's no Constitutional requirement for him to do that. All there is is the War Powers Resolution of 1973, which was an unconstitutional attempt to limit Presidential war powers because it wasn't a Constitutional amendment. But let's go over what that

I have to wonder where Sunny Hostin got her law degree. Or if she actually has a law degree at all. Because she seems completely clueless every time she actually talks about the law. In a recent segment, she was talking about how Trump didn't get Congressional approval for his

I don't think this has anything to do with regulating gambling or protecting kids. I think it has everything to do with the state of New York throwing a fit over the fact they don't get money from CS loot boxes like they do sports betting or the casinos they run.

participating in "regulated" gambling. Also, when is Leticia James gonna go after sports betting or platforms like Polymarket?

So...New York is suing Valve because of their lootbox system. Which I find hypocritical given the fact that the state of New York runs casinos. I don't think addiction distinguishes between regulated and unregulated gambling. Plenty of people have ruined their lives by

It's rather ironic how fast the Internet went from all supporting Emiru after she got sexually assaulted at Twitchcon to trying to cancel her because she won't just say the line. They want her to be like that Bart Simpson meme. She's a freaking cosplay streamer. Why do you need

So I'm wondering something about Billie Eilish. If America is on stolen land, when are you going to give up your giant mansion and leave? I'll take it. I don't care if it's on "stolen" land.

Now, let's get into my personal opinion. You know, since according to Legal Eagle, you don't need to be a lawyer to analyze the case. I think every officer involved was completely justified. Don't obstruct law enforcement. Period.

previously. And knowing Pretty was armed, they heard a gunshot and reacted by firing at the person they believed was armed. Given Graham v. Connor standard that you can't judge use of force using information unavailable to officers at the time, does the sound unreasonable to you?

v. Connor precedent, but an argument could be made to prosecute the officer who initially engaged Pretti and that woman and pepper sprayed them. So let's go over what those officers actually knew in that situation. They knew Pretti was armed. They likely knew he had been violent

"well you don't need to be a lawyer to analyze this case" like Legal Eagle. And for the second thing, Nate the Lawyer's argument actually made sense. He essentially said that the people who actually pulled the trigger in this case likely won't be prosecuted because of Graham
