Black coffee is by far the best, but only if it’s a hand pour over with great beans. If less than desirable coffee is the only available then milk/sugar/ect shit is encouraged. Espresso is entirely different category, different beans/style- not to be conflated with pour

My mental health has been pretty poor lately, and it can be so weird having my brain try to be negative when there’s so much good to be positive about. Sleep deprivation is not fun. There are various things that aren’t fun at the moment and there’s bigger world events that suck.
