The hip thrusts on a smith bar allows only pulse otherwise I hit the base - I don't know how these people do it on their social media vids πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ Anyway here are some other exercises I did and they are very beneficial πŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ
