Yesterday, the sky wore summer clothes. Today, autumn made a quiet entrance. A sudden shower saw us seek refuge under an old chestnut tree, its orange & red leaves, gliding, falling. We gathered glossy chestnuts - like kids again. The years pass, but some moments stay timeless.

Took a photo of a tree - a pretty nice one, I thought. Totally unrelated: our lovely Indian neighbour Joban dropped by with a plate of his curry. We’d admired the aroma drifting from his house. It was, without doubt, the best curry we’ve ever tasted.
