Bit of a thread I have done on Scottish expenditure. Very basic but struggling to find out how we are spending Β£13bn more than we are bringing in taxes under the UK union. Have I missed anything obvious in the thread? #Scotland π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ
@UKGovScotland @scotgov Okay, so Β£60bn raised. Β£73bn spent. The Scottish Government spends Β£32bn of that and we know exactly where all that goes. That leaves Β£28bn (Β£5,000 per year per person) for reserved matters within tax income. Can you breakdown exactly where the remaining Β£13bn is spent?

Labour have moved so far to the right that the Green position now seems like the "extremes of the left" to them. Says more about Labour than the Greens.
Keir Starmer has just said that Labourβs failed campaign in Gorton and Denton was about fighting βthe extremes of the rightβ in Reform and βthe extremes of the leftβ in the Greens, and he will double down in that fight. Is the characterisation of the majority of voters in Gorton

Surely a positive to have at least one politician standing up for football fans and backing the Β£25 cap on away tickets.
Football is meant to be for everybody but all over the country working-class fans are being priced out. What Iβd like to see from colleagues across Parliament is a commitment to see the best in football supporters, to value their contribution, and support them to grow our game.

The SNP government has delivered over 141,000 affordable homes across Scotland since 2007, with nearly 67,000 of these for social rent. Last time @UKLabour were in power at Holyrood they built 6 houses in eight years.
A @ScottishLabour government will unlock a housing revolution and end the SNPβs housing emergency. Thatβs the very least that Scotlandβs families stuck in temporary accommodation deserve.

That's essentially the same challenge, contact on the ankle, and movement / bending of the ankle. One gets overturned, one doesn't. Same referee? Is this a case of Collum publicly backing, but giving different instructions in private?
Exact same referee overturned St Mirren's red to a yellow but gave Amar Fatah a yellow then changed his decision to red. Both are either reds or both yellows. Both yellows would have been the correct outcome for both, no consistency what so ever. #DUFC
