Trump declares an end to tax credits that make health care affordable for millions of working families. @derrickvanorden and @TomTiffanyWI will now take more vacations and allow health insurance, premiums, and out of pockets costs to explode at the end of the year.
NEW: Donald Trump says he wants ACA funds to end after 2025 “I’d rather not" extend them, he tells reporters on AF1. "I don’t want to extend them for two years. I’d rather not extend them at all." He wants cash "directly" to people. w/ @taraprindiville:

In this @mattsmith_news interview, he rightly asks interim US Attorney Brad Schimel about Kash Patel's tweets that were viewed by over 44 million people. Pam Bondi put one out that recieved 4.7 million views yet Schimel says he hasn't seen that. Schimel is lying.

Has Ron Johnson considered that trying to deliver fake elector documents on Jan 6th to throw out a free and fair election might have been a "pretext."
.@ChuckGrassley and I received new documents from @AGPamBondi showing DOJ officials searching for any pretext to target their political opponents, including me and my colleagues. Jack Smith conducted a massive partisan dragnet aimed at crippling the Republican Party and

And this... "Law firms that brought the pending cases in Wisconsin had argued over objections from Republicans that the cases should be heard by three-judge panels as required under a 2011 law passed by the GOP-controlled Legislature and signed by then-Gov. Scott Walker."
Fascinating nugget here: "The court’s rulings to proceed with the three-judge panels were 5-2, with conservative Justice Brian Hagedorn agreeing with liberal justices that the panels were appropriate."

The fact that @derrickvanorden attacks and threatens those who have served and puts his own small and petty politics ahead of them is disgusting.

Schimel says he has "no role," but for a week he has been on a media tour disclosing non-public info about the case. When, and by whom, did he get approval to disclose a non-public plea deal offer and negotiations? Has he compromised the integrity of the case?

The “common sense approach” Sean Duffy outlines here is literally just listing rights that @PeteButtigieg secured for passengers.
FOX: During the Biden administration, there was a push for greater passenger rights. They wanted to have airlines compensate people if there was a delay or cancelation. But that is something the Trump admin has said they don't want to do DUFFY: We took a more common sense

It’s like no one in the administration could see the obvious.
For almost a year now, the Trump administration has insisted the new taxes, higher prices, market chaos, open cronyism, & aggressive deportations were needed to rebalance the economy to favor the American working class. The results so far:

The @MULawPoll has Trump at 75% disapproval with independents and that's way worse than Musk was at when he came to Wisconsin for Brad Schimel's losing Supreme Court campaign. So yeah, Trump should put on a cheesehead & tell people "I don't want hear about the affordability."
Wisconsin GOP Chair BRIAN SCHIMMING said Trump’s team is “certainly aware” that he wants to see the president visit the purple state next year…Schimming plans to reup his ask when visiting Washington this week.
