Last week we were very lucky to be invited to play in a football festival at Colchester United football stadium. There were lots of skills on show and the children had an amazing time and did John Ray Infants proud.

To celebrate the King and Queen’s Coronation we are having a picnic lunch, Friday 5 May, we would like all children to bring in their own packed lunch. We will NOT be offering a hot meal on the day and would ask you to contact the school office if your child requires a lunch.

Year 2 were lucky to have a visit from Tottenham Hotspur football development centre courtesy of Notley High School, They ran some fun football lessons during PE. The children were fantastic and had lot's of fun. Two children from each class received player of the week medals
