Well worth a read of this piece by @m_brosnan . Great insight and access to a senior inter county team setup.
I asked the Limerick footballers if I could have full access to their game plans, training sessions, review meetings, gym work, coaching discussions and everything else in the lead-up to the Tailteann Cup final. Amazingly, they said yes .
