This World Wind Day, a reminder that fire isn't the villain - it is government policies which funnel tens of millions of dollars into "managing" our forests with chainsaws. These extractive policies, which subsidize logging, leave our communities exposed to wind-driven wildfires.

If people don't provide an ignition source, and there's no lightning, a fire won't start. But once a fire does ignite, it's the wind that really determines how it burns. Keep going 👇🏻.
