Great performance from the Lockes men but Freshford just edged it in the last minute to win by the narrowest margin.
We received great news on Friday in John Lockes when we were informed that the Sports Capital Grant was awarded to our club. A total of €30,244 will go towards the completion of our club walkway.
The Lockes Astro surface has been serviced, brushed and cleaned today, with nearly 6 barrows of debris, stones and chewing gum removed.

Best of luck to the boys u11 Bunscoil McAuley Rice hurling team playing in the county final at Nowlan Park tomorrow Monday 26th at 4pm vs Clara.

The Lockes U10 hurlers competed in the Cashel King Cormac's U10 tournament today and won the cup for the second year running. 3 great matches played with excellent contribution from all the boys.

The Club u7s squad recently received their set of crested shorts and half socks from Damian Cleere /Cleere Sports, Top quality products, reasonably priced and the boys are looking forward to wearing them for their matches next season
