Reading in Dupont Circle when two cruisers (one Park Police, one unmarked) drive through the circle with sirens on, right past the fountain where people are gathered. They pulled up to talk to an EMT who then drove away (no sirens, no emergency) two minutes later. Guys, c’mon.
