These decisions decide the fate of unstable and struggling clubs. It's so dangerous and irresponsible to allow shite decisions every single week. These decisions have monumental consequences and all the refs care about is being the centre of attention. No accountability, change.

Well done #ecfc you've made the right decision! This is a great way to get the fans on side and hopefully will provide a manager bounce at a time we need it most. Not many times I've been happy with an announcement from the club this season, but fair play on this one!
