My concern would be for the young man who didn’t participate and came forward to explain why. I hope the school will be protecting him from any “pay back”

Claiming the first amendment. And the one kid not saluting would disagree with you about schools punishing students for bullying and other behavior.
I spoke with the only student who is visibly not comfortable with the “salute”, he provided this statement.
