So schools punish students regularly for cyber bullying, for posting nasty & demeaning messages & images online โ€” BUT looks the other way here???? Hmmm ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค” #IdontgetIt

No punishment for a group of Wisconsin students who appeared to make a Nazi salute in a photo taken back in May. @HLNTV 's legal analyst @JoeyJacksonEsq joins us.

@JoeyJacksonEsq My concern would be for the young man who didnโ€™t participate and came forward to explain why. I hope the school will be protecting him from any โ€œpay backโ€

@JoeyJacksonEsq @ChrisCuomo Claiming the first amendment. And the one kid not saluting would disagree with you about schools punishing students for bullying and other behavior.

I spoke with the only student who is visibly not comfortable with the โ€œsaluteโ€, he provided this statement.

@JoeyJacksonEsq If they wore 'inappropriate' clothes they would have been suspended in a heartbeat. Mind you, that usually happens to the young women more than young men.

@JoeyJacksonEsq @ChrisCuomo Who is running the asylum? Who is taking responsibility? The act is permissible but it is wrong. Such behaviour leads to no good. Is against public interest. Or live with criminals?

@JoeyJacksonEsq And yet, NFL players are chastised repeatedly for โ€œtaking a kneeโ€ ...I guess THEIR first amendment rights are not as important as a group of high schoolers!

@JoeyJacksonEsq @ChrisCuomo No consequences for president why should any one else suffer consequences? Thatโ€™s their thinking. Are they going to say itโ€™s boys just being boys? I know many boys who would never do this.
