Great article from @FraserNelson this weekend. Surely senior leaders within DWP receive this kind of analysis routinely (it looks to be pretty standard MI/performance data). So it begs the question - why aren't they acting on it?.
Pre-lockdown, 70% of interviews were in-person. Now, it's mostly phone. This cut cost of assessments. Cut the backlog. But assessors say the system is just too open to abuse, given what's at stake.
