We just found out that there has been no growth on my daughter's brain tumour since surgery, and because she is seizure-free and off meds, they don't need to scan her again until 2026! I feel like I've been given back her childhood and, honestly, nothing else matters ❤️

10 years ago I received 4 rejections in a day. Drank a lot of wine, smoked a lot of cigarettes and listed jobs I should retrain in, while crying. Now I'm opening a new West End musical as the lead and recording the album with some rockstars. 1/2.

Through two miscarriages, pregnancy, a global pandemic, my daughter having seizures and then brain surgery, as well as (amongst all this) holding down a West End job - this morning I had an email to say I've achieved my level 5 diploma in Holistic Life Coaching. I'M PROUD.

6 months pregnant today, and opening a West End show tonight!! Why the hell not, eh?! Sounds like a perfectly sane thing to do!. After 16 long months, I CANNOT WAIT to get @prettywomanuk back in front of (half) an audience tonight!

The last 2.5 weeks have been the hardest of my life (and I thought I'd already experienced some pretty dark times). Witnessing my 3 year old daughter go through brain surgery to remove a tumour was beyond anything I thought I could ever manage.

Yesterday I left Pretty Woman. Been feeling all kinds feelings. Today I got a call for an audition for EXACTLY the kind of work I would love to be doing. Change is scary, but so is staying the same.

When I was a little girl, all I wanted when I grew up, was to be on the West End and be a Mum. Loved combining the two today 😍 (but you try getting a good photo with a two year old 😂) ❤️

For those of you asking, I'm sorry I had to leave @prettywomanuk earlier than planned - my little girl is having to go through some major surgery and I need to be there for her, followed by my natural time to take maternity leave. Its all happening! I'll be back though. ❤️.

Officially start back at work at @prettywomanuk tomorrow, 4 months after having my second baby, 7 months after my first baby had brain surgery. It's been a TIME and I'm filled with many different emotions and confused at which one to focus on but it's HAPPENING.

My 2.5 year old saw me sing onstage for the first time last night, in front of 800 people. When I came offstage at the end, she tapped me on the head and said 'Good girl, mummy. Good job.'.

So what I'm trying to say is: we can handle so much more than we think we can. If ever you doubt yourself, just don't. Life is big and scary but you can do all of it. The view from the other side of this is going to be the most beautiful I've ever seen ❤️.

35 today. And waking up in my childhood bedroom with cards made by my biggest and coffee by my bed. Life has dealt us some pretty hefty cards in the past few years and getting back on my feet has been a challenge. But very grateful to be finally standing in a patch of sunshine ❤️.

I passed my driving test with only one minor, over 5 years ago, when I was 9 months pregnant. Following the birth I was crippled with anxiety and couldn't drive. Yesterday I drove on my own for the very first time. Don't give up on yourself!.

I had my first audition back post baby today. I was a bit flustered and it was strange to be 'back' but glad all the same. Acting as someone else weirdly made me remember who I am (though that person has changed a lot). Go figure.
