And a few more: •Restore subglottic pressure to restore normal physiology and function as far as possible - enable the cough •Let the child show you what they can do - don’t let compensations impair rehabilitation  Any more to add?

Some thoughts: •Early intervention is crucial for later rehabilitation success - have a valve plan from the start!  •Resensitise the airway using airflow - embrace and celebrate leak around the tube - feel the secretions

Abba fans...This charity night is in aid of future sense foundation, organised by 2 St Peter's 6th formers, 1, a former St Andrew's pupil, who are prepping for a charity trip to Nepal. Here they will be working in a local school running workshops teaching conversational English!
