Sent in a complaint to @AmericanAir and got a form letter back. Saying I mattered and was valued. No help. No voucher or even sympathy. Such bs- now on another delayed flight and may miss the wedding! #americanairlinesdoesntcare

Wow…@AmericanAir thanks for canceling my flight. Supposed to take the 11:59 from Ontario, CA to OKC(via DFW). Now i will be late to a wedding i am in!!!! Why the delay—staffing issues is what I was told at the desk. Then customer service hung up when I asked for a supervisor.

Emotions are too high and the players/coaches have to know their friend, teammate and colleague is ok before they can think about playing again.
You have to postpone this game. Hoping the League office, coaches, and refs make this decision and take any pressure off the players. Full focus on Hamlin and figure out the rest later.
