Their ability to present ideas on an equal stage of discourse has atrophied to the point of nonexistence. The only rational thought they have left is the one that tells them they can't compete. Today the WA AG's Office accepted a deal that's substantially similar to how House Amendment 950 (second below) would have fixed constitutional defects in SB 5375/Clergy Mandatory Reporters. If it had been adopted. Seems like we could've saved a lot of time & taxpayer money....
