I love online conferences when I cannot travel. Attended combined @JChateauUnconf and @JAlbaUnconf this morning from #JAuldAlliance. Unconferences work especially well in the online format (. @SpatialChatTeam worked well as venue.

For example when faced with a large crowd, I pick one other person who is standing alone and start a conversation with them. This is much easier than standing awkwardly at the edge of a small group.

The {tidymodels} workshop by @FathomData at @AMLDAfrica 2021 conference was well-organized and very informative. I liked working through two different data sets repeatedly. Thanks, @dataccino, @AbrahamsAmieroh, @datawookie.
