When a pitcher is struggling w/ command, lost confidence, & spiraling down. The best thing you can do for them, is put all the electronics & cameras away in their pens. Let him free his mind, find some clarity, get his “feel” back, instead of chasing shapes/rpms #clearthemind

Here are the 5 staple movements i started with. It’s only a 20-30 minute workout and you are spent! -the swing - the deadlift - the goblet squat - clean and press - snatch

I’ve changed my entire workout after 45 years of lifting weights. It took me a long time to break from the push/pull weight workouts. I got into the kettlebells and my strength, endurance, mobility & conditioning has shot ⬆️. The body was made to move, not just push and pull. 👇

You got to be aggressive in the box. See a lot of guys gettin down 1, even 2 strikes all the time before they start swinging, and then you want to get aggressive? It’s too late, now you’re in battle mode trying to stay alive fouling pitches off in protect mode with your B swing.

I just completed player meetings at a prominent power 5 school. I Met with 8 players. 7 of the 8 guys I met with were juco transfers. 🤔 Haven’t seen that in a while. They all looked strong and confident. Gotta love the competition. They come from everywhere.
