Anyways thank you for reading my rant. and to whom it may concern: Dear @USPS @USPSHelp get your shit together. Please. Do better training, hire better people, get better software. This has completely turned me from a USPS Stan to your biggest critic. This is all on you.

The biggest contributing factor is the absolute shit tier programs they use for this on top of astonishing incompetency by both their physical store staff and the almost comical nature of how the phone staff operates. I use the term operates loosely.

Honestly if you know me personally you know I'm fucking stubborn. There is no rational person in the world who would have gone through this much effort and time for 100$, but I was determined to make the post office pay.

I had to follow up with them almost religiously. I've probably spent 5-10 hours on the phone and had to appeal the DECISION TWICE because auto denials. All this because of 100$ and I was ALSO PROMISED THE REFUND FOR THE POSTAGE AND I STILL DONT HAVE THAT. So this isn't even over.

My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE PART, is that when the physical post office did the claim form for me, THAT ALSO GOT LOST AND TO THIS VERY MINUTE IS STILL LOST. 🤣🤣 LET ME REPEAT. THE CLAIM FORM THAT PROVED MY ITEM IS MISSING, IS MISSING AND STILL IS. (this screen shot is from today)

I used to LOVE and support USPS but this has been a absolutely shit show. The claims department can't be reached to explain yourself and they just auto deny everything. The post office itself has 0 idea how to do the procedure and I had to explain it to them via their website

On 6/11/25. I mailed a package that @USPS absolutely destroyed. Today *10/15* I got my claim check. This has been a embarrassly long process of claims, disputes, appeals and absolute incompetence. I have truly never experienced anything like this.

And it's always interesting that every time something happens it's always someone with a blue check mark. Not saying everyone with a blue check mark is bad, but everytime something happens they always have one. Interesting correlation

It's very interesting to me how easy it is to just, not do bad things? if you do something dumb or support someone dumb it's so easy to just say "hey I'm not gunna do that again" and it'll just blow over. But consistently every time something happens they'll just triple down.
