Quit my job on a whim, got to spend a few weeks at home with the kids, Crossed a state off my checklist to visit some amazing people in Alabama, started going to the gym, came home & immediately got a new job. I haven’t felt this good in a long time. My heart is so full.🥹😭

As a full time working mother i just can’t seem to find the balance in my life. My kids need more of me. And I am struggling mentally overall.

Debated on posting this but I’m just going to. I just hit a major weight loss milestone. I haven’t been in this range in quite some time. After a MAJOR depressive episode last year losing my Dad all I did was eat. I started this journey at 296 and I just weighed in at 259.6. 😭😭
