@Albertsons fixed their signs. They increased the price of an 8 pack by TWO DOLLARS so people would think they were saving a buck on sale when actually they were being charged $1 MORE than the regular price. Despicable Scam. @CocaCola

This Christmas I got the question. When is the sequel to The Mysterium coming out? I’m aiming for a late summer/early fall release. I’ve been writing the sequel & planning the rest of the initial trilogy. 90,536 words in and I am thrilled. Making it all it can be will take time

This Christmas vacation I’m adding a 4th Act to the sequel to The Mysterium. Like Book 1, I originally planned 3 Acts & it’s Great—-but to avoid cliff hangers & provide a more satisfying & complete literary experience, the next act needs to be included. It will be so worth it

Thrilled to be released to lift & run for the first time since surgery! It was awesome to be back on the track & football field. Hit 4.81, 4.68, & 4.62 laser 40s, an 11.85 100m, and got 500 X’s 10 using an elevated hex bar to isolate my quads and glutes. #backontrack #builttolast
