This week we have been celebrating the festival of lights with our delicious selection of #Diwali recipes. Our Diwali menus included Spicy Root and Lentil Curry, Cumin Spiced Roast Cauliflower, Minced Lamb Biryani, Homemade Indian Flatbreads and plenty more feasting dishes!

It's not just the flesh of a pumpkin that's delicious, but the seeds are too! Once roasted, they're addictive as a snack, can add extra crunch to a salad, or even take a loaf bread to the next level. So don't throw away those pumpkin seeds, make something delicious instead!
