@MSI__UK I'm on my mom's 60hz monitor and I can't afford a new one. The monitor had pixel issues above 120hz but worked, so I lost a monitor and they can't even send it back now.

The invoice is as old as when I bought the monitor, it's a hardware issue and they have said that they replace those monitors regardless. Some people gotten new ones without even sending an invoice, just registering the product. .

Well. @MSI__UK or MSI will not replace my HARDWARE issue monitor Optix G27 (as in not my fault the monitor was faulty). They told me it was still under warranty, I sent it and it fell under rma repair and they credited it. But due to my invoice being old they won't replace it?.
