11 years today we said goodbye to my wonderful Dad. Only when he passed away I noticed the writing in the background 🙏🏻 He’d just won his first battle with cancer & I didn’t even know (Mum & Dad didn’t tell anyone - talk about resilience) so was thrilled to walk me down the aisle

3 YEARS ago today I ran my last ever race 🏃🏼♀️The choice to retire was an easy one - I’d done all I could personally (regardless of what others were doing) & spent 28 years doing what I loved 💕. 3 years into retirement & I have awesome memories & no regrets. Cease the moment guys
