I've seen a lot of posts about "angel trees" etc and if you don't have time to get to the store I like a really similar charity called One Simple Wish. You can grant specific wishes for kids in foster care. Also lgbt friendly unlike many similar charities!

Guys the coward Chilis removed the skillet queso from the menu while I was out of the country so I stopped going there because I take the skillet queso very seriously. But I just found out everyone was so mad they brought it back 🥲 The people really can make a difference

As I watched I thought I understood that it was just going to do legs. Because of this, the reveal that it could also do arms was very scary

These days I'll post something on here about my niche interests that I talk about all the time and some guy will reply "waaah waah, who cares? 🙄" and I'll hover over his name to see he is following me

Apparently they also hooked up a chatbot to the talking tree and have it saying totally nonsensical, lore-breaking stuff. Even referencing copyrighted stuff they don't own. Really ominous sign of the way things are going, normally they have such an emphasis on quality & tradition

Efteling added an AI video to one of their ride shops and it's not even interactive, it's just looping video clips 😭 They really just didn't want to pay an actor. Doesn't even match the aesthetic of the ride, looks uncanny and cheap. Did they get a new idiot ceo or something

They should move it to the Universal Studios backlot and every halloween season they have to try to justify why the Purge and M3gan are happening in Munchkinland

Anyway Act 2 has always been the weaker source material, it's weirder and darker with fewer good songs and less of an emotional arc than Part 1. But I really liked it and think this is about as good of a movie as anyone could make out of Wicked Act 2! I want to go again

Also not that it matters all that much but scarecrow design was terrible, they should've gone with the style of the Wizard of Oz movie. I feel like they wanted his face to be immediately recognizable but that's dumb, everyone would've known who it was by the voice and dialogue

I think the only thing I'm disappointed by is Wicked Witch of the East, which again I think was a casting issue in terms of singing ability. I expected and wanted them to change it, but since it's the first time we've had it on a soundtrack I wanted it to be more of a banger

They changed a TON in Wicked 2, which I was kind of hoping for but wasn't expecting since Part 1 was very faithful. Mostly good changes, and some compensating for casting people who can't sing lol. Several places adding stuff to fix the pacing, and making lyrics less clunky

I almost didn't wear the big crown but everybody said nice things about it and nobody bullied me. Also the powerful bobby pins held it in place even though we went to 4DX and were getting thrown around and punched in the back the whole movie

I LOVE WICKED

I know this is perhaps the least memed part of the interview but I quote this more than any other. Whenever some really mundane thing goes my way I'm like

People keep @ ing me about Mr Beast Land and I'm sorry to say it's not really interesting enough to talk about because it's not a real theme park. It's being called that for marketing but it's just not. It's like calling a county fair or one of these situations a theme park

Every now and then I remember the Mattel theme park in Arizona that they've said is opening "in a few months" for like 7 years while the construction site visibly remains a bunch of dirt and gravel
