Excellent piece about the lawsuit filed by @benhklein and I on behalf of our client Lillian, whose employer Turbocam, Inc. refuses to provide coverage for healthcare she needs solely because she is transgender.

FILED: We are suing TurboCam, Inc. and Health Plans, Inc., a Harvard Pilgrim company, for treating our client Lilian differently than other employees because she is a transgender woman. That’s employment discrimination and it’s illegal.
