This is satire, but I wouldn't be surprised if they'd done it!. However, the Ukrainian lawmaker who nominated him in November last year withdrew his nomination in June this year when he realised that Trump wasn't going to secure a ceasefire.

Well, he got some cream. But the war will drag on and Russia doesn't have the resources for that, so Putin will get increasingly weaker. The ultimate winner will be Ukraine, under the leadership of @ZelenskyyUa who will, without doubt, get a Nobel Prize.
