Toughest lesson for a parent to learn is to SHUT UP. Kids do not want your Monday morning quarterbacking, your criticism, and they repeat any negative comments you make about the players and/or coaches. They want you to cheer when they excel and buy the ice cream.
PARENTS: Whether your child is starting, coming off the bench or barely playing, enjoy being a parent to an athlete. Be positive & always make it about the team. If done right, the process of parenting an athlete is rewarding for both your child & you. Youth sports are valuable.

BASEBALL: @smhbb10 wins their 3rd straight with a 6-1 win over @FeehanAthletics at Fraser. Tommy Falasca was tremendous again (CG, 4 hits, 9 K) and Tad Giardina blasted a 3-run triple to highlight the offense for St. Maryโs. Falasca, Isaiah Weston and Devin Duval all had RBIโs.
