Vicarious trauma in journalism is a real thing. You're not too sensitive. There is no shame in being deeply affected by what you see and read. Especially in South Africa. I'm thankful for the professional help I got years ago and will always be an open door for those struggling.

While at @UCLan for my study block, I ate in the canteen and it was heartwarming to see it provide free soup, bread and fruit to all students due to the cost of living crisis. Any South African universities doing the same?.
