π₯° Hear from Paige Coleman, on why she encouraged people to donate to UHNM. When Paige's son was born, he had a spontaneous pneumothorax and the NICU team at UHNM team helped to nurse him back to health. Find out how you can help UHNM Charity, go to https://t.co/WekuO74aLy

I so hope as I leave my MNVP role that I was a legacy leader. I tried hard to support my team and lift them up so they were always improving and growing, and to ensure our structures and ways of working nurtured and empowered. Only others can judge, but I do hope I achieved it.
