The Trump Administration's decision to recognize the illegality of Israeli settlements shows the bankruptcy of American policy. The fact that Gantz applauds it gives lie to the notion that his government would be any real alternative. One democratic state!

Yet another scary scenario has just emerged from Israel's elections. Racist Lieberman, with his 9 seats, refuses to endorse Gantz because the Joint Arab List - "Israel's enemies"- has. He could easily endorse Netanyahu instead, giving his bloc 64 seats & the government.

Just watched Netanyahu's speech. Nothing new, just an election ploy. Congress disappointing. Clapped & stood like the N. Korean parliament.
