The heaviest band of snow (1" per hour) as of 11 AM extends from Olathe to the Plaza to west of Buckner. This band will exit Jackson county by 12-1 PM. The back edge of the snow is around Salina, KS. It will cross KC 3-5 PM after 2"-4" is on the ground. @KSHB41

We are seeing flurries and very light snow showers develop across KC. These will be around through the day with little to no accumulation. The 1st accumulating snow arrives Monday morning. @KSHB41

We are tracking a few showers and even a thunderstorm or two. They are located from around KC to north of Springfield, MO moving northeast at 30 mph. KC will see just a few showers until 12-1 PM before this band pushes to the east. @KSHB41
