All systems have to work together. I.e. health, work, fitness, wellness, etc. For me, when one aspect of my life suffers, the others also get affected. The goal is to make sure you have systems in place to ensure things in you home, mind, work, body etc. are going well.

Some systems that you need to solidify in your life. - Morning routines - Work to dos - Weekly meals (meal plan, diet, shopping list) - Content plan - Sunday reset - Financial plan (+debt repayment, investment, saving, budgets) - Workouts - Beauty, hair and skincare

You also have to create habits that ensure that the following systems aren't too much. i.e.. Leaving all the above for Sundays only can be overwhelming. Do some things every day to help you out. ie. wiping surfaces, skincare, planning, workouts, arranging your space, etc.

Soon they become part of your lifestyle. Soon you don't have to feel like all this is too much. You will be slowly incorporating these systems in your lifestyle. And you will see changes in your work, productivity, wellness, overall health, physique etc.

Most regular people with very awesome/ organized and productive lives filled with amazing experiences and spaces go out of their way to create this in the background. They plan and do. Sometimes it even isn't about the money or having more stuff.

You can live the best life you can with what you have and where you are. It just takes some work, the desire to try, and planning from you. You will thank yourself after you do this.. Small actions, incremental results.

@Jeanwandimi @Canduh_ Consistency and discipline is like the foundation in achieving and ensuring the systems are solid.... How poor we are at those two.πππ±
