Applied for a SWE intern role and honestly… I did NOT see this coming 😭 I thought it’d be a normal assignment. Instead they said: “Find a 500 ⭐+ open-source repo, solve a medium–hard problem, and raise a PR.” Hiring is cooked😭

2025 Wrap: Jan–Mar: figuring things out, exploring paths. Apr–Jul: internship, 14+ hrs/day, no return → left. Aug: Harkirat Cohort 2.0. Sep: projects+TUF+ Oct: 10+ rejections, 10+ ghosts. Nov: client → ghosted. Dec: hackathon → built ChalkAI, 30k+ impressions. Still grinding🚀
