Yesterday, we laid my great aunt and godmother Janet McNicol - wife of the late Colin McNicol - to rest. I know she and all our family appreciate the support that @ScottishLabour @UKLabour provided not just since my uncle's retirement but even after his passing in 2022.

Also, i'm not saying I agree with her but I think anyone can empathise with her and understand how she feels the way she does. Also, being threatened on a mass-scale, while being a survivor of abuse is bound to have some sort of impact. The world needs to be kinder.

I find it interesting that when referencing Sharon Tate she's always referred to as a "beautiful woman". Sure, I'm sure she was but it also feels that if she was somehow less attractive that her death would mean less which is pretty grim to hear but also believable.
